Visa
Japanese need a tourist to visit Uganda. The VISA can easily be got from the Uganda
Embassy Tokyo. If you are far away from Tokyo, or even don’t have time to visit the
Embassy, download the Visa Application form at the Embassy Website Download, Fill
in and send to Uganda Embassy. Enclose a stamped, self addressed envelope if you
mail in your application. Registered mail is strongly advised. For more information

When You Arrive In Uganda
Airport Pick Up
You will be met at the Entebbe International Airport by Our staff. Help you to transfer
to Kampala City and Check in at Hotel. Your Tour Manager/Coordinator Samuel
Mugisha who speaks Japanese, will guide you through the 8 days itinerary. He will
answer all you questions concerns you may have at this time.
Communication with Your Loved ones
Your Tour Coordinator will arrange a Telephone to make a call back home to let your
loved ones that you arrived safely and share with them how the Trip in Africa feel like.
If you must check your E-mail for urgent messages, inform your tour coordinator who
will arrange and book Internet café where you can send check & send and e-mail. If
you travel as a group your Group Leader will be given a Mobile Phone +256-712-
305045 FREE. You only buy recharge calling cards.
Safari Vehicles
Well maintained, comprehensively insured 4WDs Customised for comfort on Safari will
be used during your 8 days Uganda Gorilla Tour. The Driver Guides are well trained
and have experience on driving the routes of the 1o days trip.
Hotel & Lodges
During the 8 Days Uganda Gorilla Tour, a variety of accommodation facilities will be
used offering full range of comfort, safety and quality services features; self-contained
stylish rooms, with showers & bath tabs, hot water.
Food
All meals are provided on the trip. While in Kampala, we will arrange for you to enjoy a
variety of Chinese, Korean, Italian, France and Ugandan Foods. There are lots of
Fresh & Organic Foods all over Uganda. Variety of foods and fruits and delicious Juice
will be served. There are also Fast Food Restaurants in Kampala where you can buy
Pizzas, Humbugger, fried chicken and Irish potatoes. Uganda Coffee and Uganda Tea
are delicious, if you like coffee we will take you to the best coffee shops one of the free
evenings in Kampala.
Drinks
While on Safari we will provide you with at least 1 litre (1,000 mls) of Bottled Mineral
water. Do not drink Tap water. All Meals are provided with a soft drink especially
Fresh Fruit Juice. Most restaurants and hotels have Bars where you can buy a variety
of Beers and Wines.
Your Tour Guide
Your Japanese speaking Tour Coordinator will be with your group throughout the
8 days Uganda Gorilla Tour. The driver guides speak English and most local languages.
Specialised Game drive Guides at National parks, speak English while your Japanese
guide will interprete/translate. You will enjoy being guided by a Native of Uganda who
was born and grew up with animals in their natural habitat, speaking Japanese.
