| BIC has launched efforts to promote Uganda's Tourism in Japan The 2006 JATA world Tourism was the entry point of such efforts and promotion. The JATA 2006 took place at Tokyo Big Site 22nd sept ,23rd and 24th sept 2006 attracting a total of 106,241 visitors under the them of "Branding Tourism" Samuel Mugisha the BIC Japanese Specialist attended the JATA World Tourism Fair Sept 2006. Samuel Mugisha traveled earlier on 7th August 2006 to make preliminary arrangements and will remain to follow up contacts till December 2006. He was later joined by Ether on 20th Sept through 25th Sept 2006. Samuel Continue to make follow ups in Japan and will continue to work as the Lead Ground Operator for the Japanese Travel market. |
