| Background I was born and grew up in Kambuga village, Kanungu District, Uganda East Africa. Kanungu district is the home of Mountain Gorillas at Bwindi National Park. My home village located about 40Kms from Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (Home of Mountain Gorillas) and about 30kms from Queen Elizabeth National park (Home of Tree Climbing Lions and more than 1000 bird species). I am the 1st born boy child of a family of 28 brothers and sisters. I grew up helping my Father to look after cows, spending everyday in the mountains, Jungle and bushes. アフリカ大陸ウガンダ共和国の田舎出身。アフリカのウガンダの南西あるカヌング県カンブガ村に生 まれ育ちました。２８人兄弟の３番目で長男です。ウガンダの首都カンパラに行く２０歳まで、カン ブガ村で育ち、牛の世話をする父を助けていました。 Education I graduated in Social Work & Social Administration at Makerere University Kampala. Joined Kokusai Kotoba Gakuin in Dec 2002, for a one year Japanese Language Course. ウガンダの首都カンパラの最高学府マケレ大学にて社会学と社会行政学を学ぶ。国連組織ＷＨＯや ＮＧＯで働く傍ら会社を設立。更なる飛躍を求めて日本に留学。ウガンダではマケレレ大学で、ソー シャルワークと社会行政学を３年間勉強し、２０００年３月１７日に卒業しました。その時の功績が 認められ留学終了後帰国するも再度招かれる。現在一番日本語が上手なウガンダ人である。 Working Experience After graduation I did volunteer work with various NGOs in Uganda. I also worked with World Health Organization (WHO) as a Temporally Advisor in Uganda and Malawi in 2002 before coming to Japan. I am a founder and national volunteer coordinator for Nyaka AIDS Orphans School in Kambuga Kanungu District. ウガンダの内外で数知れないボランティア活動や、非常勤の仕事に従事してきました。私にとって最 も重要な仕事は、２００２年５月のウガンダと２００2年１１月のマラウィにおけるWHOとの合同 調査プロジェクトの非常勤アドバイザーとしてのものです。私はまたウガンダのさまざまなNGOで も活動し、今でも，ニャカ・エイズ基金とニャカ孤児のための学校のボランティア活動をしてい ます。 Coming to Japan I first came to Japan on 29th Nov 2002 to attend a Japanese language course until Dec 2003. In 2004, I returned to Uganda spending a year during which period I formed BIC Resources Ltd to promote Uganda in Japan. I returned to Japan with a working Visa in Dec 2004. Since then I have been promoting Uganda’s tourism and culture to the Japanese. 私は２００2年１1月29日に一年間で、日本語を学ぶために来日していました。その後ウガンダに帰 国し、一年の間に、集中的に家庭を築き、将来へのビジネスを立ち上げました。2004年、BICレ ソース会社を設立し、ビジネスの発展的計画の初のプロジェクトとして、プロモーションツアーや旅 行の企画の仕事を始めました。2004年１２月には職業ビザで再来日しました。そして、ウガンダと 日本の社会の関係を促進させつつ、BICレソース会社の発展を図っていこうと思います。 Promoting Uganda in Japan In 2005, I participated in the AICHI EXPO 2005 at the Uganda booth. Since then I have been invited to school, Universities and community centres to talk about Uganda among the Japanese in Shizuoka prefecture. 0n 11th Sept 2006 I invited Uganda’s national Traditional Dance Group Ndere Troupe for a live performance in Shizuoka City. In Sept 27th – October 14th guided the 1st Japanese Tour after the EXPO2005 to Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. 2005からウガンダの国紹介活動をしています。愛知万博ウガンダ間で国の仕事をしていました。静 岡県内色々な小学校や中学校や高校などウガンダを紹介したことがあります。月11日2005ウガンダ の踊りンデレグルプダンス静岡のアイセルで行われました。9月－１０月に日本人の旅行者ウガン ダ。ケニャとタンザニアでご案内しました。 Future Plans Starting 2006, I have continued to promote Uganda in Japan at JATA 2006 with CHURCHILL SAFARIS. With support from Uganda embassy Tokyo and in partnership with Ugandan travel companies, I will be Planning and Coordinating Tour Packages for Japanese to Uganda and east Africa.
